재질 명칭 1.0254 재질은 유럽 규격의 탄소강으로 압력용 튜브입니다.
이전 규격 DIN St 37.0 과 대응되는 재질로 미량의 합금 원소를

합금 해 고온에서의 내산화성을 감안해 설정된 규격입니다.
1.0254 재질 이름 P235TR2 는, 항복강도 최소 235 MPa minimum 이면서

TR2 — Normalizing or Normalizing Formed 열처리 조건인 경우를 말하고
TR1 — As Rolled or Normalizing or Normalizing Formed 구분하고

열간 성형 후 냉간 마무리 재료인 경우는 TR1 and TR2 로 구분 표기합니다.
1.0254 합금 원소가 많지만 합금으로 인정하는 합금량 이하로 탄소강입니다.

※ Microalloying elements (미량 합금 원소 : 微量 合金元素)
동일한 원소를 가지는 비합금 (non-alloyed)강에 비하여 강도는 물론이고
가공성, 용접성, 인성을 더욱 개선 시킬 목적으로, 탄소강에 단독 또는
복합으로 첨가되는 Niobium, Vanadium, Titanium 등의 원소를 말합니다.

※ 산화 (Oxidation : 酸化)

산소와의 결합을 말합니다.
표면이 대기에 노출되면 산화 된 결과 표면 색이 변하고 변형이 됩니다.
온도가 높아지면 산화는 가속화됩니다.

※ 열처리( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.
