재질 이름 Stahlplatte S235JR, 재질 번호 1.0038 강재는 유럽 규격의 탄소강 규격입니다.
유럽 강재 규격 EN 10025-2 규정 재료로 항복강도 235 MPa minimum 으로

평범하고, 일반적이고, 강도도 높지 않고, 충격 시험도 상온인 20℃ 수준에서
27 Joule minimum 으로, semi-killed or killed 강으로 제조됩니다.

강도로만 비교하면 ASTM A36, KS SS275, JIS SS400 보다 minimum 강도 값이
낮지만, 질소와 구리, 규소 원소의 제한 값에서 차이가 있고, CVN 도 차이가 있습니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단시키고
흡수에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이온도 등을 측정하는 시험을 말합니다.

※ Carbon Steel (炭素鋼 : 탄소강)
Steel made by alloy iron and carbon of which carbon content
is generally within a range from 0.02% to 2%.

철과 탄소의 합금으로 탄소 함유량이 보통 0.02~약 2% 범위의 강을 말합니다.
또한 소량의 규소, 망간, 인, 유황 등을 함유하는 것이 보통입니다.

※ Semi-killed steel (세미킬드강)
A classification of steel by ingot casting process and steel of which is
deoxidized intermediately between the rimmed steel and killed steel
by adding a suitable quantity of ferromanganese, ferrosilicon,
aluminum and so on as deoxidizers
Steel in which the shrinkage cavity due to solidification is decreased
by generating a little amount of bubble during the progress of solidification.

탈산제로서 페로망간, 페로실리콘, 알루미늄 등을 적당량 첨가해
림드강과 킬드강의 중간 정도로 탈산시킨 강을 말합니다.
응고 진행에 따라서 약간의 기포를 발생 시키며, 응고에 따른
수축공을 적게 한 강을 말합니다.
