Alloy 15-7 박판 (sheet : 薄板) 재료는 Annealed 조건에서도 450 MPa minimum 의
고강도이면서 크롬 합금과 Molybdenum 2~3% 합금으로, 내식성을 높인 재료입니다.

Annealed 조건에서는 가공성이 좋지만, 석출경화 열처리 하면, 항복강도
1310~2000 MPa 수준에 이르는 높은 기계적 성질을 가지는 특징입니다.

크롬 15%, 니켈 7% 수준을 합금 해서, Alloy 15-7 이라고도 부르고, 몰리브덴이
합금 되어 Alloy 15-7Mo 라고도 부르며, 열처리 온도에 따라 Temper 가 있습니다.

※ 박판 (steel sheets, 박강판)
Steel sheets manufactured by hot rolling or cold rolling with thickness
of generally less than 3.0 mm. May be called sheets.

열간 또는 냉간 압연으로 제조 된 강판으로, 보통 3.00 mm 미만의 것을
박판이라고 합니다.

※ Cold-reduced steel sheet (냉간 압연 강판 : 冷間壓延鋼板)
보통 스킨 패스한 상태로 공급되나, 구매자의 요구에 의해
스킨 패스 하지 않고, 어닐링한 상태로도 공급됩니다.

This products normally supplied skin passed but may be supplied annealed
last (ie. Without a skin pass), if specified by the purchaser on this order.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminum, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 (강도 향상) 성질을 지니게 한 강을 말합니다.
