1.7709+QT+SR 재질은 고온용 합금강으로 Ni-Cr-Mo 원소에 바나듐을
합금한 재료로 바나듐은 공구강 재료에 주로 합금 되는 원소입니다.

540℃ 수준까지 사용하기 적합한 재료로 Quenching and Tempering
열처리하면 항복강도 550 MPa minimum 의 높은 기계적 성질입니다.

1.7709 재질은 유럽 규격의 합금강으로 EN 10269 규정은 고온과 저온용
강과 니켈 합금으로 주로 파스너 용도로 사용되는 재료에 대한 규정이고

EN 10060 열간압연 환봉과 형강의 공차에 대한 규정으로 1.7709 재질은
EN10269, EN 10060 규정이 동시에 적용되기도 합니다.

1.7709+QT+SR 재질에 붙는 약호 +QT : Quenching and Tempering
+SR : Stress Relief 에 대한 약호입니다.

※ Stress Relief (응력 제거 어닐링 (풀림)
Heating to a suitable temperature, holding long enough
to reduce residual stresses and than cooling slowly
enough to minimized the development of new residual stresses.
A heat treatment in which the lock-up stresses in a bar caused
by cold working are removed by heating the bar closed to but
below the lower limit of the critical temperature range,
or to approximately 100℉ below the tempering temperature.

적당한 온도로 가열하고 균열화한 후, 적절한 온도로 냉각함으로써
실질적인 조직의 변화없이 내부 응력을 줄이고자 시행하는 열처리를 말합니다.
