STS420F +QT 재질 특징은 쾌삭성 스테인리스입니다.
쾌삭성이면서 마르텐사이트 스텐레스리서, 열처리로 높은 강도가 가능합니다.

+QT 열처리 조건에서 항복강도 540 MPa minimum 의 높은 기계적성질이고
Annealed 조건인 경우는 Annealed 강재임을 별도로 나타내야 합니다.

쾌삭성은 Lead (Pb) 0.05~0.30% 수준의 합금에서 기인하지만
Lead 는 인체에 유해함을 감안하고 사용해야 합니다.

유해는 하지만 높은 기계적 성질, 높은 경도, 좋은 내식성, 매끄러운 표면처리성
장점으로 사용되며, 펌프 축, 스크류, 켐, 기어 용도로 사용됩니다.

※ Hardness (경도 : 硬度)
Resistance to plastic deformation usually by indentation.
For steel users, it is a parameter to express different mechanical
properties of steel. It should be considered together with other
properties. For example, if two different steel grades have both
50 HRC hardness, it does not necessary mean both have the
same mechanical properties or wear resistance.

압인이나 긁힘에 의한 변형, 특히 영구적인 변형에 대한 재료의
내구성으로 강재의 기계적 성질의 지표입니다.
다른 강재가, 같은 경도값을 가지더라도 내마모성, 기계적 성질이
다를 수 있으니, 경도와 함께 다른 기계적 성질도 참고해야 합니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
