AISI 420A 재질은 열처리에 의해 경화 가능합니다.
마르텐자이트계 스테인레스로 Hardened and Tempered,

냉간 인발 (cold drawn) 으로, 공차(tolerance) h9 수준의
환봉으로 주로 공급되며 열처리한 후 항복강도 600MPa 수준

인장강도 800~950 MPa 수준의 (D5mm 기준) 강도입니다…QT800
AISI 420A 재질은 ASTM F899, EN 1.4021 재질과 비교 가능합니다.

AISI 420A 는 주로 medical and dental 용도로 사용 되
bone cutting forceps, chisels and gouges, bone curettes,

retractors, probes, bone rongeurs, cutting tool 등의 용도로 쓰입니다,
AISI 420A 는, 스테인레스강으로 내식성과 자성이 있는 재질입니다.

This operation gives the product special features with respect to shape,
dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
In addition, the process causes cold working of the product.
which can be eliminated by subsequent heat treatment.
Products in lengths are delivered straightened regardless of size.
