HEB360 또는 HE360B 으로 표기 되는 기호는 유럽 규격 Wide Flange Beam 으로
한국과 일본에서 사용하는 Beam과 형상은 비슷하지만 Size 가 서로 대응이 안됩니다.

S355JR 강재는 항복강도 355 MPa minimum 으로, JIS SM490YA 보다
강도가 높으며, KS SM355A와 강도면에서는 비교 가능하지만

세부적인 Spec 과 Size 가 달라서, 대체 사용이 어려운 경우가 있습니다.
S355JR 강재는 상온인 20 ℃에서 CVN (유럽에서는 KV 로 씀) 27 Joule minimum

조건이 있으며. HEA360, HEB360, HEM360 으로 A → B → M 으로 갈수록
같은 HE360 series 이면서, 현저한 단위 중량 차이가 있습니다.

S355JR 강재는Rimmed Steel 로는 제조하지 말라는 규정이고, HEB360 Size 의
재질은 S355JR, S355J0, S355J2 등의 재질이 있을 수 있습니다…재질이 여러가지임.

※ Rimmed Steel

monoxide generated by reaction between oxygen and carbon
in liquid steel within a mold
Steel manufactured by addition of ferro-manganese, a small amount

Although the surface layer is clear, there is segregation in other parts.

주형내에서 용강중의 산소와 탄소가 작용해, 일산화탄소를 발생하여,
용강이 특유한 교반비등운동 (Rimmed 운동이라고 함)을 하면서 응고된 강철로
탈산제로는 Fe-Mn (페로망간), 소량의 알루미늄을 가해서 만든 강철입니다.
표면은 청정하지만 편석이 있습니다.
