EN 10294-1 규정 강재는 Fully Killed 강재를 원소재의 재료 규정으로
기계가공에 적합한 엔지니어링용이나 기계구조용으로 사용하는
SMLS Bar 강재에 대한 규정이고, EN 10294-1 Grade E470 강재는
두께 16mm 이하에서 항복강도 470 MPa minimum 의 고항복강도 재료입니다.
EN 10294-1 E470 강재보다 강도가 낮은 E355 재질과 함께 열처리 하지 않은 재료이고
10294-1, E355J2, E420J2, E590K2 강재는 노말라이징이나 QT 열처리 강재로 구분됩니다.
E470 Bar, E355 강재는 -20℃ 에서 CVN 흡수에너지 시험이 없고
E355J2, E420J2, E590K2 강재는 -20℃ 에서 충격시험이 있는 차이가 있습니다.
※ Killed Steel (킬드강, 탈산강, 脫酸鋼)
Steel sufficiently deoxidized with ferrosilicon, aluminium, and so on.
In the case of ingot casting, during the progress of solidification in a ingot mold,
it is gently solidified without generation of carbon monoxide,
being comparatively uniform, with little segregation and has no blow hole.
however, because of a shrinkage cavity is formed in the centre of upper part,
its yield is low, In the case of continuous casting, it is killed steel and,
comparing with an ingot casting, uniformity and yield better.
killed steel is further classified according to grain size or deoxidizer.
페로실리콘이나, 알루미늄 등으로 충분히 탈산한 강철로,
용탕이 응고 진행중에 일산화 탄소를 발생시키지 않고,
조용히 응고해, 비교적 균질하고, 편석이 적고, 기포도 없지만
응고된 강괴 윗부분 중심으로부터, 수축공이 생겨, 회수율이
좋지 못한 단점이 있고, 결정입도, 탈산제에 따라 세부적으로 더 분류됩니다.
※ 탄소강에서는 산소를 강철을 약하게 만드는 불순물로 보고
탈산제를 이용해 강(Steel) 내부의 산소를 제거함.
※ Hollow Bar (중공봉 : 中空棒)

단조봉이나 압연봉으로 드릴링으로 봉의 가운데를 뚫는 공정으로 제조한
단면이 원형으로 제조 된 심레스 재료를 말합니다.
