HEM220 기호 강재는 유럽 규격 H-Beam 으로 정식 명칭은
European Wide Flange Beam 으로, HEM220 강재는 HE220 계열의

강재 HEA220, HEB220, HEM220 중 단위 중량이 가장 큽니다.
아시아 규격 H-Beam 으로 딱 떨어지는 Size 가 없습니다.

재질로는 주로 S355J2, S275JR, S275J0 가 사용되며, S355J2 재질은
항복강도 355 MPa minimum 으로 S275JR 보다도 고강도 강재이며

Charpy V-Notch (CVN) Impact Test 값으로 영하 -20℃에서 27 joule
minimum 의 충격시험이 요구되는 강재로, 열간 압연 탄소강 강재입니다.

탄소강 강재이므로 스테인리스와 같은 내식성이 담보되지 않습니다.
HEM series 로 HEM100 부터 HEM1000 까지이고, 공차는 EN10034 규정을 따릅니다.

※ Impact Test (충격시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Furthe, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, I zod impact test, etc.

재료의 인성 또는 취성을 조사하기 위해, 시험편에 충격 하중을 가하여
파단시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형 거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격 하중 방법에 따라 충격인장, 충격압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 샤르피 충격시험, 아이조드
충격시험으로 구분됩니다.

※ Yield Strength (항복강도 : 降伏强度)
Yield strength is another result determined by tensile test.
The stress at which material changes from elastic deformation to
plastic deformation, causing permanent deformation.
This is one of the most important data for construction engineers to
calculate machine parts and components.
The yield strength is named after their yield strength like :
S275 (yield strength 275 MPa) or S355 (yield strength 355 MPa)
