E355N Tube 정밀관은 EN 10305-4 규정의 유압, 수압, 공압 (hydraulic and
pneumatic) 용도로 사용하는 무계목 냉간 인발 튜브 탄소강 제품을 말합니다.

E355N 은 재질을 나타내는 기호로 E355N 의 “E”는 engineering steel 이고
“355” 는 최소 항복강도 355 MPa, “N”은 Normalizing 열처리를 말합니다.

같은 재질 E355N 이라도 제조 방법에 따라 구분되므로
EN 10305-4 — SMLS CD Tube for hydraulic and pneumatic power systems

EN 10305-1 — SMLS 냉간 인발 튜브, EN 10305-2 — Welded 냉간 인발 튜브로,
구분되고, 열간/냉간 튜브 인지, 각형 튜브 인지에 따라 EN 번호가 달라지게 됩니다.

※ SMLS (Seamless : 無繼目鋼管 : 무계목강관)
Steel tubes without a seam, manufactured by hot-rolling, extrusion
or punching from ingot or semi-product, or machining after piercing.
Cold drawn or cold rolled seamless steel tube is called finished
seamless steel tubes.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간 압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기(압출)로
제조되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로, 냉간
인발 한 것을, 냉간 마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.

※ Electric Resistance Welded steel tubes (ERW 溶接鋼管 : ERW 용접강관)
Steel tubes which are, after forming steel strips, steel plates
or steel sheets to tubular shape, manufactured by welding the
joint parts by electric resistance welded method and having one
welding line parallel to the longitudinal direction.
Those hot reducing rolled of electric resistance welded are called
hot finished electric resistance welded steel tubes, and those cold
drawn or cold rolled are called cold finished electric resistance
welded steel tubes.

강대 또는 강판을 원통형으로 성형한 다음, 전기저항 용접법으로
이음매 부분을 용접하여 제조 되며, 관의 길이 방향으로 평행한
1줄의 용접선을 가지고 있는 강관.

전기저항 용접강관을 열간 조리개 압연한 것을 열간 마무리
전기저항 용접강관, 냉간 인발한 것을 냉간 마무리
전기 저항 용접 강관이라고 합니다.
