P265GH TC1 재질은 압력용기, 보일러용 Seamless Tube 규격으로
고온에 사용하는 최저 항복강도 265 MPa 강도 재료입니다.

P265GH-TC1 로 표시되는 “TC1″은 Test Category 1 을 의미하며
TC1 검사 조건은 TC2와 비교해 NDT Test 조건에서 하위 Grade 입니다.

P265GH 강재의 특징은 참고 값으로 Creep Rupture Strength 가 있으며
250,000h/480℃/30 MPa 까지 온도별 지정이 있으며

0.2% 항복강도 450℃ 128 MPa 와 450℃ 이하에서의 온도별 항복강도
규정이 있는 고온용 비(非) 합금강 강재이지만, 다양한 합금 원소가 미량 합금 됩니다.

P265GH-TC1 재질의 이전 DIN 규격은 St35.8-1 재질과 대응되며
재질 번호는 1.0425 이고, 대부분 Normalizing 열처리 재료입니다.

※ Non-destructive testing (NDT : 비파괴시험 : 非破壞試驗)
Testing to examine existence of flaws, their existing positions, sizes,
forms, distribution of them without destruction materials and products.
This is at times applied to evaluate metallurgical properties.
There are radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing,
liquid penetrant testing, eddy current testing.

소재나 제품을 파괴하지 않고, 결함의 유무, 존재위치, 크기, 모양,
분포상태 등을 조사하는 비파괴시험.
강질 시험 등에 응용되는 수도 있습니다.
방사선 투과시험, 초음파 탐상시험, 자분탐상시험, 침투 탐상시험,
와류 탐상 시험 등이 있습니다.

※ Creep resistance (내 (耐) 크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.

고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
