SB111 C68700 재질은 Seamless 튜브로, 콘덴서 (냉각기, 복수기) 용도로
사용되는 동 합금 재료에 대한 규정이고 해수 내식성 알루미늄 청동입니다.

SB111 C68700 튜브는 외경 80 mm (1-1/8″)까지의 무계목강관으로 제조 되며
여러 종류의 Temper 중에서 O61 경우는 Annealed 처리 재료임을 말합니다.

C68700 재질은 구리와 아연 합금인 황동에 알루미늄을 많이 않은 2.2%
수준의 합금해 알루미늄 황동으로 불리고, 이 정도 수준의 알루미늄

합금만으로도, 강도와 경도, 금속 조직의 미세화를 달성할 수 있습니다.
As 또는 Sb 원소를 합금하는 이유는 이들 원소가 탈 아연부식으로 억제하기 때문입니다.

※ 탈아연부식(Dezincification : 脫亞鉛腐蝕)
Dezincification selectively removes zinc from the alloy,
leaving behind a porous, copper-rich structure that
has little mechanical strength — NACE

황동이나 금속에서 부식성 물질에 의해, 금속의 표면 또는
내부까지 탈 아연되면서, 탈아연 금속은 다공질화 되어
(인간의 골다공증처럼) 강도를 상실케 되는 현상을 말합니다.

※ Temper (질별 : 質別)
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 및/또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정으로 (예를 들어 기계적 처리 및/또는 열처리) 후의
제품의 상태를 말합니다.
