SFVAF11A 강재는 고온에서 사용하는 압력용기용 강재 단조강입니다.
경화성 높은 크롬과 몰리브덴을 합금한 Annealing 또는 Normalizing,

Tempering 열처리 열처리를 해서 사용하는 재질이고 몰리브덴 0.5% 수준의
합금은 강재를 크리프 강도와 고온 성능을 향상시키는 역할을 합니다.

KS D 4123 SFVAF11A (1.25Cr-0.5Mo)재질은 항복강도 275 MPa minimum 이고
SFVAF12B 재질은 항복강도 315 MPa minimum 으로 강도가 높은 재질로

고온인 650℃에서 허용 인장응력 8 MPa 입니다.
0.2% 항복강도에서는 SFVA11A 강재는 538℃에서 173MPa 강도입니다.

※ Molybdenum (Mo)
Its use as an alloying element in steel increase hardenability and
in low alloy steels reduces the risk of temper brittleness.
It is used in stainless steels as well as high speed steels.
It is increases the high-temperature tensile and creep strengths in steel.

몰리브덴은 경화능 향상원소이고, 저합금강에서는 템퍼 취성을 감소 시키는
역할을 합니다. 몰리브덴은 고속도강부터 스텐레스까지 합금 되는 원소입니다.
몰리브덴은 강에서 고온 강도와 크리프 강도를 높여주는 역할을 합니다.

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力z容器用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of pressure vessels.

압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온강도, 용접성 및 주로 상온에서의 인성을
중요시하여 제조된 강재로보통 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.

일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력을 말합니다.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이 생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
