알루미늄을 구리에 합금한 AlBC3 재질은 알루미늄 청동 3종으로 대형 주물품용
고 (high) 인장강도 특징을 가지는 KS D 6024, JIS H 5120 규정 재료입니다.

구리에 알루미늄을 10% 수준 합금했을 때 인장강도 값이 최대에 이르는 성질을
이용한 구리합금이 알루미늄 청동으로, 주물 재료로는 모두 6 종류가 있습니다.

알루미늄의 합금량에 따라, 연신율, 경도, 인장강도, 탄성도, 단면수축율이 변하므로
합금 조성에 따라 6 종류의 알루미늄이 있고, 망간, 니켈, 철이 합금됩니다.

구리에 알루미늄을 합금하면 기계적 성질이 좋아짐은 물론, 내식성, 내열성이
내마모성이 좋아, 선박용 프로펠러, 베어링, 기어, 펌푸, 기계 부품으로 쓰입니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축률, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Elongation (연신율 : 延伸率)
The extension of metal in length when it is pulled from both sides.
It is a common mechanical parameter for metallic materials, which
is expressed as percentage of the original length. It is determined
by the tensile test, Generally, an increase in elongation leads an
increase of ductility.

금속재료의 기계적 성질을 나타내는 지표 중 하나로, 시험편을
양쪽에서 잡아당겨, 원래 표점거리간 길이와 늘어난 길이를
백분율로 표시하며, 연신율 증가는 연성의 증가로 봅니다.
연신율이 높다는것은 연성이 좋다는 것과의 관계입니다.
