A7075 재질 금속은 열처리로 고강도를 얻을 수 있는 알루미늄 합금입니다.
하지만 A7075-O Temper인 경우는 Annealed 처리만 되어 최소 인장강도가

275 MPa로, 열처리 후의 Temper T6, T62인 경우는 최소 인장강도
1mm 두께의 경우 525 MPa 상승해, 높은 기계적 성질이 됩니다.

A7075-O 재질이 열처리로 높은 강도가 가능해지는 것은 Al-Zn-Mg 합금에 의한
석출물의 발현으로 강도가 높아지는 석출경화 효과에 기인합니다.

※ Precipitation (석출 : 析出)
A phenomenon in which a crystal of a different phase is
separated from a solid solution and grows.

고용체로부터 분리된 다른상의 결정체가 나타나는 현상으로
합금 금속에서 나타나는, 탄소와 크롬이 결합된 Cr23C6, Mg2Si,
MgZn2, 와 같이 표기되는 금속간 물질을 말합니다.

이와 같은 현상은 스텐레스, 알루미늄합금, 동합금 등에서
나타날 수 있으며, 합금에 의해 또는 합금 재료의 열처리에 의해
이런 현상이 나타나면 금속의 강도와 경도가 높아집니다.

The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.

금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

Annealed, Recrystallized — Applies to the softest temper of wrought products.
어닐링 (풀림 열처리)한것으로 전신재에 대해 가장 부드러운 상태를 얻은 상태입니다.

※ Annealing (풀림)
Thermal treatment to soften metal by removal of strain hardening resulting from cold
working, by recrystallization and/or by coalescing precipitates from the solid solution.

재결정 및/또는 고용체의 석출에 의하여 냉간 가공 결과로 나타나는 가공경화를
제거하여 금속을 연화시키는 열처리를 말합니다.
