SM355A H-Beam 강재는 열간 압연 탄소강 형강으로, 보통 형강이라고 부르는
품목은 H-Beam, I-Beam, 앵글, 찬넬, 평철, 환봉, 프로파일 등이 있습니다.

H-Beam에 나타나는 KS 재질로는 일반강으로 SM275, 고강도 강으로는 SM355A
강재가 가장 많이 사용되며, 저온 충격 시험 강재로는 SM355B, SM355C 등이 있습니다.

SM355A H-Beam, 150×150×7/10 Size 강재는 소형 Size에 속해 단위 중량
31.5 kg/m이고, 스테인리스가 아닌 탄소강으로 내식성이 담보되지 않습니다.

SM355A 강재의 경우 대부분 +AR 조건으로 (As Rolled), 이는 열처리 없다는 의미이고
간혹 열처리를 하는 경우는 +N (normalizing)이고, QT 열처리는 하지 않습니다.

※ Normalizing (불림 :燒準)
Heat treatment consisting of austenitizing followed by air cooling.
The purposes of this operation are to eliminate the influence of pre-working,
to render the crystal grains finder and to improve their mechanical properties.

오스테나이트화 후 공기 중에서 냉각하는 열처리로
노말라이징 열처리의 목적은 강재 생산 앞 공정에서 받은 응력(Stress)을 풀어주고
결정립을 미세화, 표준화시켜, 기계적 성질을 향상시키는 열처리를 말합니다.

※ Steel for structure (구조용강 : 構造用鋼)
Steel products manufactured for building, bridges, ships, vehicles,
and other structure uses, which require high strength,
if required weldability as well

건축, 교량, 선박, 차량, 기타의 구조물용으로서 강도 및 필요에 따라
용접성을 중시하여 제조된 강재를 말합니다.

※ Rolled steel products (압연강재 : 壓延鋼材)
Steel products to be formed bars, wire rods, sections, steel strip
in coil, steel plates, flat bar and so on by rolling mill.
Normally those further not hot rolled by the manufacturer.

압연기로서 봉강, 선재, 형강, 강판, 강대, 평강 등의 모양으로, 성형 가공한 강재로
성형 가공 후 보통 제조자에 의해 더 이상 추가적인 열간 압연이 없습니다.
