A1100 알루미늄의 특징은 알루미늄 99.00% 이상으로, 강도는 낮지만 좋은
성형성, 용접성, 내식성으로 식품용 용기, 열교환기, 반사등, 명판 용도로 사용됩니다.

Alloy 1085 – 99.85%, Alloy 1075 – 99.75%, Alloy 1050 – 99.50% 보다는
알루미늄 순도에서는 낮지만, 조금 강도가 높은 재료입니다.

화학 조성 99.00Al-0.12Cu, 비중 2.71 g/㎤, Temper O 의 경우 전기전도율
59 %IACS 이고, 광학 목적으로도 쓰여, 높은 반사 능력도 가지는 성질입니다.

Slightly strain-hardened from working at an elevated temperature from a limited
amount of cold work (mechanical property limits specified)

열간가공에 의해 얻어지거나 또는 아주 약한 냉간 가공만을 가한 상태에서
기계적 성질이 보증된 전신재 알루미늄의 Temper 약호입니다.
