NAW490 강판은 내후성 강판으로 내식성을 높이려고 페인트 도장을 하지 않는
무도장의 내후성 강판으로 Nippon Steel 상표의 강판 규격입니다.

NAW400 보다 강도가 높고, Corten O 보다 항복강도가 높습니다.
NAW400 – 항복강도 245 MPa minimum, Corten O – 최소 항복강도 355 MPa 이지만

NAW490 강재의 항복강도는 390 MPa minimum 으로 상대적으로 높습니다.
고장력강인 SM490A, SM490YA 강재보다도 항복강도가 높으며 DIN-EN S355J2 강재의

항복강도 355 MPa minimum 보다도 높고, 용접성에 영향을 주는 탄소량이 낮아 용접성도
우수한 장점이며, 시간이 경과함에 따라 강판 색의 변화는 다른 내후성 강판과 같습니다.

※ Atmospheric corrosion resistance (내후성 : 耐候性)
A property of low alloy steels or the like for corrosion resistance
in the atmospheric of natural environment.
Including the resistance for deterioration of resin for coated
steel plate and polyvinyl chloride-coated steel plate.
저 합금강등이 자연 환경의 대기속에서 부식에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Yield Strength (항복강도 : 降伏强度)
Value of load strength which a specified permanent elongation
occurs in tensile test, expressed by dividing the load by original
sectional area of parallel portion.
the yield strength is used instead of yield point.

인장시험에서 규정된 영구 연신을 일으킬 때의 하중을 평행부의
원단면적으로 나눈 값으로, 인장시험에서 처음 영구 변형점이기도 합니다.
항복점을 항복강도로 사용하기도 합니다.

※ Corrosion (부식 : 腐蝕)
Gradual chemical or electrochemical attack on the metal by
atmosphere, moisture or other agents.
금속과 그 주변 환경의 물리 화학적 상호 작용으로 금속의
성질을 변하게 합니다. 이로 인해 금속, 환경 또는 기술 시스템

이 상호작용은 간혹 전기화학적인 특성을 나타냅니다.
