X3CrNiMoN 27-5-2 유럽 규격의 고강도 Duplex 스테인리스 강재 규격입니다.
유럽 규격으로 강재 조직이 Austenite-Ferrite 2개가 나타나는 강재라서 Duplex 입니다.

일단 듀플렉스라는 명칭이 사용되면 강재는 강도가 1.4301 (Type 304) 항복강도
205 MPa minimum 보다, 두 배 이상의 높은 강도가 특징인 강재입니다.

강도도 높지만 몰리브덴 원소 합금으로 해수 (sea-water)에 대한 내식성이 높아져
점부식 (pitting corrosion), 틈부식 (crevice corrosion)에 대한 저항성이 높습니다.

또한 응력 부식 균열에 대해 저항성도 높고, 내 (耐) 피로성이 좋은 스테인리스입니다.
UNS S31200 재질과 대응되며, Shafts, Piston, Bolts/Nuts 제조의 원소재로 쓰입니다.

여기에서는 열간 생산의 Solution Annealed 조건만을 나타내고 있지만
냉간 생산의 Bright Bar 조건 공급도 가능한 스테인리스입니다.

강재를 냉간 인발, 연삭, 절삭, 센터리스 또는 이들의 조합으로
마무리한 봉강으로, 봉강뿐 아니라, 원형, 정방형, 육각형, 장방형 및 이형 등이 있습니다.

※ Austenitic-Ferritic Stainless Steels (Duplex, 二相 스텐레스)
Stainless steels where austenitic structure exists together to ferritic
structure at a ordinary temperature.
It is called duplex stainless steel.

상온에서 오스테나이트 조직과 페라이트 조직, 두 가지가 같이 있어
두 가지 상이 있는 듀플렉스 (이상 : 二相) 라고 부릅니다.
두 가지 상이 50 : 50 으로 있는 것이 이상적입니다.
