1.7336 재질 번호, 재질 명칭 : 13CrMoSi 5-5 강재는 유럽 규격의 합금강입니다.
크롬 1.25%, 몰리브덴 0.50% 합금강으로, 이들 원소는 QT 성능을 높여주는 원소입니다.

크롬을 1.25% 수준만 합금해도 내산화성 (oxidation resistance : 耐酸化性)이 높아져 650℃
(화씨 1200℉) 수준까지 산화에 재한 저항성을 부여해, 고온이 작용하는 압력용기 강판으로 쓰입니다.

1.7336 강재는 SFVA F11A, SFVA F11B, SCMV3 재질과 비교 가능하고
크립 강도 570℃에서 100000시간 21 MPa 수준의 강재입니다.

※ Creep strength materials (크리프 강도 재료)
Steels, nickel- or cobalt alloys with minimum 8% chromium, which are
characterised by good mechanical behaviour at temperature above 500℃
under long-range service condition ; i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.

강 (鋼)이나, 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금이면서 최소 크롬을 8% 이상 합금으로
500℃ 이상의 환경에서 사용 될 때, 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속을 말합니다.

※ Chromium (Cr : 크롬)
When used as an alloying element, chromium increases the hardenability of steel
and in association with high carbon gives resistance to wear and abrasion.
Chromium has an important effect on corrosion resistance and is present
in stainless steels in amounts of 11.5-20%.

크롬은 강에 합금 원소로 사용되며, 크롬량이 증가하면 경화성이 높아지고
고탄소강에는 내마모 성질을 부여합니다. 크롬은 스텐레스강에서 가장
중요한 원소로 11.5~20% 수준 합금돼, 내식 성질을 부여합니다.
