SB124 규정은 동과 동합금 단조 로드, 바, 형 (shapes) 재료에 대한 규정으로
화학 원소 규정은 있지만, 기계적 성질 규정은 없습니다.

다만 단조 온도 650~820℃와 단조 가능비 (forgeability rating) 90% 규정과
SB124 규정에 38종의 동과 동합금 그리고 Temper 종류가 있습니다.

따라서 기계적 성질을 ASTM B21 C46400 Half Hard 값을 SB124 C46400을 감안하면
D25mm 환봉에서 최소 항복강도 185 MPa, 최소 인장강도 415 MPa minimum 입니다.

B124 C46400 금속은 Naval Brass 라는 이름으로 불리며, 해수 (sea-water)에
대한 높은 내식성 합금으로, 선박용 부품이나 해상 설비 재료로 쓰입니다.

Temper 종류로는 H50 : Extruded and drawn, H80 : Hard drawn,
M20 : As hot rolled, M30 : As hot extruded, O60 : Soft annealed,

O61 : Annealed, O30 : Hot extruded and annealed,
7종의 Temper 조건 생산입니다.

부여하는 공정으로 (예를 들어 기계적 처리 및/또는 열처리) 후의
제품의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Forging effect (鍛造效果 : 단조효과)
