31CrMoV9 +QT +SR 재질은 유럽 규격의 재질 번호 1.8519 합금강 재질입니다.
경화성 높은 크롬과 몰리브덴을 합금하고, 공구강에 주로 합금되는 바나듐 원소를

합금한 재료로 담금질 열처리하면 높은 강도가 가능하고, 질화처리로 강재의 표면
경도를 높여서 (800 HV minimum) 내마모성을 향상시켜 사용할 수 있는 재료입니다.

탄소량도 QT 가능한 탄소량 0.30% 수준이고, 용접성이 좋지 않으며
높은 압축 강도가 작용하는 환경에 사용하는 인성 (toughness : 靭性) 좋은 강재입니다.

31CrMoV9 +QT +SR 강재의 +QT : 담금질, +SR : 응력 풀림 처리에 대한 약호이고
기계 구조용으로 쓰이며, 축, 볼트, 너트, 기어, 컨넥팅 로드, 크랭크 샤프트 용도로 쓰입니다.

Annealed 조건의 공급에서도 경도 248 HB maximum, 약호 +A를 사용하고
Tempering 온도 580~700℃ 보다도 낮은 약 500℃ 수준까지 사용할 수 있는 강재입니다.

※ Stress Relieving(old name : stress relief annealing : 응력제거 어닐링(풀림)
Every piece of steel has an amount of internal stress caused
by steel production, machining, surface finish, heat treatment
and other processes.
During a heat treatment process the yield strength is reduced
to a lower level. If precision parts or complicated tools with
close tolerances, this deformation could cause problems.
In the case after rough machining and stress relieving is done
with a high degree of machining allowance.
After this process the internal stress is reduced by the parts deforming.
The standard process is slow heating up to 550~650℃, holding for
minimum 2 hours and finishing with a slow cooling in the furnace.

모든 철강재는 생산, 가공, 표면 마무리, 열처리와 기타 공정 진행에서
내부 응력이 어느 정도 쌓일 수 밖에 없고, 이런 내부 응력을 해소시키려고
적당한 온도로 가열하고 균열화한 후, 적절한 온도로 냉각함으로써
실질적인 조직의 변화 없이 내부 응력을 줄이고자 시행하는 열처리를 말합니다.
