JIS G 4313, SUS631-CSP 3/4H 강재는 고강도이면서 내식성 스테인리스 시트 규격입니다.
Cold : 냉간 압연, Stainless Steel : 스테인리스, Spring : 스프링 제품으로

얇은 두께, 높은 경도와 높은 강도로 스프링성이 좋은 석출경화강입니다.
오스테나이트 스테인리스 301-CSP, 304-CSP는 열처리로 강도를 높일 수 없어

냉간 압연이나 강도를 높이는 재질과는 다르게, SUS631-CSP 재질은
합금된 알루미늄 원소를 석출 경화하는 열처리를 이용해 높은 강도를 얻으면서

동시에 냉간 압연의 가공 경화로 강도를 더욱 높일 수 있는 재질입니다.
내식성을 좌우하는 크롬 원소 합금에서도 301과 합금량이 같고

304 보다는 조금 낮은 수준의 함량으로, 높은 내식성도 가지는 강재입니다.
열간 압연 SUS 304 시트 판재 항복강도 205 MPa minimum,

냉간 압연 SUS304-CSP 3/4H 항복강도 665 MPa minimum,
냉간 압연 SUS631-CSP Temper 3/4H 항복강도 1180 MPa minimum과

비교하면 높은 강도가 바로 가늠 되고
내식성도 좋은, 양수겸장 (兩手兼將) 강재입니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 (강도 향상) 성질을 지니게 한 강을 말합니다.

※ Stainless Temper (스테인리스강의 조질 구분)

called refining rolling) to adjust the hardness.
Or the hardness may be obtained by chemical composition
control instead of refining rolling.
There are one half hard and three three quarters hard, full hard
according to the classification of hardness, tensile strength, etc.

냉간 압연강판 및 강대의 조질구분의 하나로, 어닐링 후 가공성을 목적으로
경질 조정을 목적으로 한, 냉간압연으로 얻게 되는 성질로, 경도, 인장강도,
등의 구분에 따라 1/2H, 3/4H 경질, Hard 경질로 구분합니다.
