Inconel® 718 Tube 재질은 니켈을 기본으로 하고 크롬, 몰리브덴 등의
원소를 합금한 오스테나이트 계열의 초합금입니다.

1000℃에서 고온 내산화성이 높은 항복강도와 인장강도가 특징인 재료입니다.
Annealed 조건에서 100 ksi 수준의 항복강도, 150 ksi 수준의 인장강도입니다>

고온 내산화성뿐 아니라 극저온에서도 사용하는 재료이고 높은 내피로성
크립 강도 합금으로 항공기 터빈 등 항공기의 부품으로 사용됩니다.

AMS 5589 규정 재료는 Inconel® 718 SMLS Tube이면서 Solution Annealed
조건인 경우이고, Inconel® 718 Tube 석출경화 열처리로 AMS 5589 재료보다

강도가 높아 항복강도 150ksi 수준으로 30% 수준 강도가 높으며, 이는 Inconel 718
재료의 화학 조성에서 석출경화(시효) 원소인 알루미늄 등의 합금 효과입니다.

※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Creep strength (크립 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.
일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력을 말합니다.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이 생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.

상온 또는 상온에 가까운 온도에서 용질 원자의 확산이 일어나게

이 용어는 시효경화 (석출경화)라는 용어와 동의어로 쓰입니다.
