A276-S20162/S21800 두 개의 UNS Number의 스펙을 만족하는 경우의 강재를 말합니다.
오스테나이트 안정화 원소인 망간과 침입형 원소로 강재의 강도를 높일 수 있는

질소 합금으로, 높은 강도와 함께 내식성, 비자성이 특징인 강재입니다.
주로 공급이 S21800으로, 제조사 AK Steel의 니트로닉® 60으로도 불리는 강재입니다.

항복강도 345 MPa minimum으로 유럽의 탄소강 S355JR 급, 한국의 KS SM355A 급
강재의 강도를 가지는 재료이면서 탄소강은 따라올 수 없는 수준의 내식성 강재입니다.

A276-S20162/S21800 강재는 내마모성이 특징인 11% 이상의 망간강은 아니지만
8% 수준 망간 합금으로, 내마모성이 좋은 스테인리스입니다.

※ Manganese (Mn)
Stabilized austenite and lowers the transformation temperature,
improving quenchability. Increases strength without reducing toughness.
Stabilizes cementite and suppresses graphitization.
Fixes S as MnS and thereby prevents red brittleness.

망간은 오스테나이트 안정화 원소이고, 천이온도를 낮춰줍니다.
소입성을 증가시키고, 인성의 감소 없이 강도를 높여주지만
너무 많으면 취성을 증가시킵니다.

※ 비자성강(Non-magnetic steels : 非磁性鋼)
탄소, 망간, 니켈, 크롬, 질소 등을 주된 합금성분으로 하고, 오스테나이트계 조직을
나타내는 비자성의 합금강. 조직적으로는 고망간강계, 고니켈계 및 이들의
중간형의 3종으로 대별됩니다.
비자성강은 발전기, 계전기 등의 전자기 부재, 핵융합 설비 등으로 사용됩니다.

Non-magnetic alloy steels with austenitic structure, in which carbon,
manganese, nickel, chromium, nitrogen, etc. as main alloy elements
are contained.
They are classified into 3 types, which are high manganese series,
high nickel series and intermediate type, according to composition.
For example, they are used for electromagnetic components of
generators, relays, etc., and components of nuclear fusion reactors
and linear motor cars.
