EN AW 5754-O 합금의 특징은 해수 (海水 : sea-water)와 공해 물질 산업
환경 대기에 우수한 내식성을 가지는 알루미늄-마그네슘 합금입니다.

EN AW 5754-O 재료의 항복강도는 80 MPa로 높지는 않지만
AW 5052-O — 65 MPa 보다 높고, AW 5454-O — 85 MPa보다는 낮은 수준 강도입니다.

AW 5754 재질은 열처리로 강도를 높일 수 있는 합금이 아니고, 냉간 압연의
가공 경화 효과로 강도를 높일 수 있는 재질로 AW5754-H22 재질의 경우는

항복강도 130 MPa, Temper H24 — 160 MPa 강도가 가능하고 아노다이징 가능한
합금으로, 바다와 관련된 발판, 선박, 해양 구조물, 화학산업, 자동차 부품으로 사용됩니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Temper O
Annealed, Recrystallized — Applies to the softest temper of wrought products.
어닐링 (풀림 열처리) 한 것으로 전신재에 대해 가장 부드러운 상태를 얻은 상태입니다.

※ Strain hardening (가공경화 : 加工硬化)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.
