Alloy 90 Wire 재질은 우주 항공용 파스너 용도의 초합금입니다.
니켈을 Base Metal 로 하고, 크롬-코발트-알루미늄을 합금한 석출경화형 재료입니다.

고온에서 높은 응력 파단 강도와 크리프 저항성, 고온에서 내산화 부식 저항성이고 알루미늄을
석출경화 원소로 활용한 석출 경화로 높은 강도가 가능한 재료이면서 Spring Temper 경우

인장강도 1200 ~ 1500 MPa 의 높은 강도로 터빈 블레이드, 디스크의 부품 용도입니다.
UNS N07090 재료는 Alloy 90 Nimonic®90, AMS 5829와 대응하는 내열 합금입니다.

※ Heat resisting steels (내열강 : 耐熱鋼)
Alloy steels which retain oxidation resistance, high temperature
corrosion resistance or high temperature strength under
various circumstances at high temperature.
They often contain nickel, cobalt, tungsten and/or other alloy
elements other then several % min of chromium.
Principally, they are classified into four types, which are
martensitic, ferritic, austenitic and precipitation hardening,
according to their structure.
Further, when total amount of alloy elements exceed about
50%, they are generally, called super alloy, heat resisting
alloy or super heat resisting alloy.

내열강이란 고온에서의 각종환경에서 내산화성, 내고온부식성 또는
고온강도를 유지하는 합금강으로, 수% 이상의 크롬외에 니켈, 코발트
텅스텐등의 합금원소를 함유하는 경우가 많으며 내열강은 그 금속의
조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계, 페라이트계, 오스테나이트계
석출경화계, 4가지로 분류됩니다.
또한 합금원소의 총량이 50%를 넘는 경우는, 초 내열합금, 또는
내열합금, 또는 간단히 초합금이라고 부릅니다.

※ Creep resistance (내 (耐) 크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온크립이라고 하고 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
