STEELMAX Metal Story

C2600R 재질은 구리 70%, 아연 30% 수준의 전형적인 황동으로 비중은 8.53 g/㎤입니다.
전성과 연성, 인발 가공성이 뛰어난 동합금으로, 카트리지 황동(cartridge brass)라고 합니다.

C2600R — Strip
C2600P — Plate, Sheet 제품으로 기호가 구분되며 기계적 성질은 거의 동일합니다.

C2600R과 같은 73황동의 특징은 상온에서 냉간 가공이 적합한 α고용체로
α 고용체는 β고용체와는 성격이 달라, 인성이 좋으며 연하고, 드로잉성이 뛰어납니다.

※ Strip
A rolled material of a rectangular cross-section supplied in coils
usually with slit edges.
직사각 단면을 가지는 평평하게 압연된, 코일 형상으로 감긴 강재로
최종 생산단계에서 가장자리를 슬릿엣지 절단 방법으로 절단한 것을 말합니다.

※ Drawing (인발 : 引拔)
The process of pulling material through a die to reduce the size,
change the cross sectional shape, or to harden the material
소재를 잡아 당겨, 다이를 통과 시키면서 단면적이나 크기를
줄여 나가거나, 금속을 경화 시키기도 하는 방법을 말합니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness.
질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도를 말합니다.
충격에 파괴됨이 없이 충격을 흡수하는 능력으로, 인성이 낮은 강재는
깨지거나 찢어지기 쉽고, 높은 인성 재료는 보통 연성도 높습니다.

Impact absorbing ability of steel without fracture. It is measured by
energy absorbed in an impact bending test. But the area below the
stress-strain curve in tensile testing is also a measure of toughness.
Steel and metal, which is difficult to break has a high toughness.
Steel and metal , which high toughness normally has a high ductility and is
difficult to break with impact energy.
Steels and metals with low toughness are brittle.
