CAC503B 재질은 내마모성이 좋은 인을 합금한 인청동으로
CAC503A 동합금보다 강도와 경도가 높은 재료입니다.

인청동이라고 해도 인 합금량이 많지도 않은 0.15~0.20% 합금한 재질이지만
이 정도만의 합금으로도 강도, 경도, 탄성, 주물의 유동성이 좋아지는 특징이 있습니다.

인청동이 강도와 경도가 높다고 해도, 알루미늄 청동 주물재와 비교하면 낮으며
그냥 청동 주물 재질인 CAC401~CAC409 보다 높은 수준의 강도와 경도입니다.

※ Wear resistance (내마모성 : Abrasion resistance : 耐摩耗性)
A property of resistance against a phenomenon in which the mechanical
scratch, metallic abrasion, etc. of relatively moving metal surfaces are
integrated and the surfaces are worn, called wear.

상대 운동하는 금속 면의 기계적 글킴, 금속적 점착 등이 종합되어서 그 면이
소모되는 현상을 마모라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Hardness (경도 : 硬度)
Resistance to plastic deformation usually by indentation.
For steel users, it is a parameter to express different mechanical
properties of steel. It should be considered together with other
properties. For example, if two different steel grades have both
50 HRC hardness, it does not necessary mean both have the
same mechanical properties or wear resistance.

압인이나 긁힘에 의한 변형, 특히 영구적인 변형에 대한 재료의
내구성으로 강재의 기계적 성질의 지표입니다.
다른 강재가, 같은 경도 값을 가지더라도 내마모성, 기계적 성질이
다를 수 있으니, 경도와 함께 다른 기계적 성질도 참고해야 합니다.
