2.0966 번호를 가지는 재료는 알루미늄 10% 수준을 대표 합금 원소로 사용한
알루미늄 청동으로, 철 (Fe)도 강도 강화 원소로 활용한 동합금입니다.

높은 하중과 내마모성이 요구되는 베어링, 부싱, 축, 가이드 용도로 쓰이며
CW307G, CuAl10Ni5Fe4, JIS C6301, ASTM C63000 재질과 대응됩니다.

구리에 10% 수준을 알루미늄을 합금하면 항복강도보다는 인장강도가, 그 합금이
발휘할 수 있는 최댓값이 나올 수 있는 특성을 이용한 구리 합금으로

여기에 강도를 더욱 높일 수 있는 철, 망간, 니켈 원소가 추가로 합금되기도 합니다.
2.0966 알루미늄 청동에서 보듯 항복강도 — 320 MPa, 인장강도 590 MPa min 수준으로

항복과 인장강도 사이의 간격이 큰 특징이 있으며, 구리에 알루미늄을 합금하면
기계적 강도뿐 아니라, 내마모성, 내열성, 내식, 내피로성이 향상됩니다.

Alloy composed of 77.0~92.5 % of copper, 6.0~12.0 % of aluminum,
1.5 ~6.0 % of iron, not more than 7.0 % of nickel

알루미늄 청동은 구리 77.0~92.5%, 알루미늄 6.0~12.0%, 철 1.5~6.0%,
니켈을 최대 7%, 망간 2% 수준을 합금한 동합금으로, 이 재질은 우수한 강도,
내식성, 내마모성으로 주로 기계부품과 선박용으로 사용됩니다.
