2.4952 강재의 특징은 고온 크립 저항성 니켈 65% minimum 합금으로
석출경화 열처리로 0.2% 항복강도 600 MPa minimum의 재료입니다.

UNS N07080과 대응되는 유럽 규격 강재로 화학 조성 NiCr20TiAl입니다.
일명 Alloy 80A라고도 불리며, Sheet, Plate 경우는 EN 10302 규정을

환봉 재료 경우는 EN 10302 규정을 따르는 니켈과 고온 내산화 성질을 부여하는
크롬 20% 수준 합금으로, 고온 내산화성과 고온 스케일 생성 저항성입니다.

2.4952 강재는 EN 10302 규정 0.2% 항복강도 480 MPa/650℃이고
1% 항복강도 16MPa/100000h/800℃의 크립 강도 재료입니다.

※ Scale (스케일)
고온에서 금속 표면에 형성된 부식 생성물의 고체 층을 말합니다.
Solid layer of corrosion products formed on a metal at high temperature.

※ Aging treatment (시효 처리 : Precipitation Hardening : 석출경화)
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product after solution treatment
bring its properties to the required level.
Note : It consists of heating to and socking at one or more
specified temperature, followed by appropriate cooling.

철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어집니다.

※ Creep resistance (내 (耐) 크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.

고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이 시간이 경과함에 따라
증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
