Tellurium Copper C14500 텔루륨 동합금 환봉 재질의 특징은 구리 99.90%
minimum이면서, 쾌삭성 원소인 텔루륨을 합금한 재질로, 가공성이 좋습니다.

탄소강이나 스테인리스에는 황, 인 또는 납을 합금해 쾌삭성을 높이는 방법을 주로
사용하지만, Tellurium Copper C14500 환봉 재질에서는 Tellurium을 사용한 재질입니다.

텔루륨 동합금으로는 ASTM B301 C14500, C14510, C14520 3종이 있고
Electrical connectors, motor parts, soldering copper, switch parts 용도로 쓰입니다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강, 快削鋼)
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성 (被削性)을 높인 강을 말합니다.

※ Temper (조질 구분)
One of the classification of thermal refining of cold rolled steel sheet
and strip which, after annealing, is obtained by cold rolling (may be
called refining rolling) to adjust the hardness.
Or the hardness may be obtained by chemical composition
control instead of refining rolling.
There are one half hard and three three quarters hard, full hard
according to the classification of hardness, tensile strength, etc.

냉간 압연강판 및 강대의 조질 구분의 하나로, 어닐링 후 가공성을 목적으로
경질 조정을 목적으로 한, 냉간압연으로 얻게 되는 성질로, 경도, 인장강도,
등의 구분에 따라 1/2H, 3/4H 경질, Hard 경질로 구분합니다.
