F90 R30605 재료는 외과 임플란트용 환봉, 와이어, 시트 형상을 가지는
우수한 고온 강도와 내산화성 그리고 내마모성, 내피로성이 특징인 합금입니다.

코발트-크롬-텅스텐-니켈을 합금한 재료로 강도를 높이는 한가지 방법인
고용 (solid-solition) 강화 효과 재료이고, 냉간 가공으로 강도를 더욱 높일 수 있는

비중 9.27 g/㎤ 합금으로 의료용 임플란트뿐 아니라, 고온 내산화성의 특징으로 고온의 가스
터빈용 재료로 사용되며, 냉간 가공시 인장강도 1250 MPa minimum의 높은 기계적 성질입니다.

※ Solid solution(고용체 : 固溶體)
Homogeneous, solid, crystalline phase formed by two or more elements.

두종류 이상의 원소에 의해 생성되는 균질이며 고체이고, 결정질인 상을 말합니다.
용질 원자가 용매 원자 자리에 치환되는 치환형 고용체와 용매원자 사이에 침입형 고용체로 구분됩니다.
