A705 Type 630 강재는 단조강 규격의 석출 경화형 스테인리스입니다.
630 Condition H1025 조건은 1025℉ (550℃)에서 Aging Treatment를

나타내는 것으로, 이 온도에서 4시간 경과 후 Air Cooling 하는 경우를 말합니다.
이와 같은 열처리 후 항복강도 1000 MPa minimum의 고강도 재료가 됩니다.

1000 MPa 강도를 ASTM Type 304 항복강도 205 MPa와 비교하면
얼마나 높은지 알 수 있고, 이와 같은 높은 강도를 바탕으로 높은 응력의

환경이면서, 좋은 내식성이 요구되는 곳에 사용됩니다.
ASTM Type 630에는 열처리 조건으로 H1025를 포함해 8종류의

Aging Treatment와 Annealing 조건이 있어, 사용자가 강도에 따라 골라서 사용합니다.
17% 수준의 크롬과 4% 수준의 니켈 합금으로 17-4PH H1025로도 불리며

이 재질에서는 구리를 석출 경화 원소로 활용한 재질로 알루미늄을
석출 경화 원소로 활용한 17-7PH (Type 631), 15-7PH (Type 632)와 구분됩니다.

※ Aging (시효: 時效)
Phenomenon leading to a modification in the properties of a ferrous
product due to the migration of interstitial elements, which can
occur at ambient temperature or at temperature close to it

상온 또는 상온에 가까운 온도에서 용질 원자의 확산이 일어나게
함으로써, 철강재의 성질이 개선되는 현상을 말합니다.
이 용어는 시효경화 (석출경화)라는 용어와 동의어로 쓰입니다.

※ Steel forging (단조강)
Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties.

적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는 (소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것을 말합니다.

※ Forging effect (鍛造效果 : 단조효과)
The degree of the size of deformation by the operation of forging
It is generally presented by appending the symbol of operation
type to the ratio of the cross-sectional area before forging to the
sectional area after finishing forging.

단조의 목적 (성형과 재질 개선)의 하나인 재질의 강인화를 위함입니다.
일반적으로 단련 성형비나 기계적 성질로 나타낸다.
