SA705-630 H1025 재질은 단조강이면서 석출경화 열처리로 높은 강도 실현이
가능한 고강도 스테인리스로 항복강도 1000 MPa minimum입니다.

1000 MPa 강도가 얼마나 높은지는 ASTNM A240-304 — 205 MPa minimum,
고 항복강도 합금강 100 ksi 급 강재인 A514 Grade F — 690 MPa min. 보다 높습니다.

그뿐 아니라 스테인리스에서 내식성을 좌우하는 가장 기본 원소인 크롬 합금 양에서
A240-304 크롬 합금량 18% 수준에 근접하는 15~17% 합금으로 내식성도 좋습니다.

강도도 높고, 내식성도 좋으니, 높은 응력이 작용하는 환경 + 내식성이 요구되는 곳에
사용되며, 높은 강도는 구리 원소를 석출경화성 원소로 활용한 열처리 효과입니다.

SA705-630 H1025 표기되는 경우 H1025는 Heat treatment 1025℉ (550℃)에서
4시간 유지 후 Air Cooling 조건의 열처리 강재임을 나타내는 약호입니다.

※ Forging effect (鍛造效果 : 단조 효과)
The degree of the size of deformation by the operation of forging

type to the ratio of the cross-sectional area before forging to the
sectional area after finishing forging.

단조의 목적 (성형과 재질 개선)의 하나인 재질의 강인화를 위함입니다.
일반적으로 단련 성형비나 기계적 성질로 나타냅니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminum, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 (강도 향상) 성질을 지니게 한 강을 말합니다.
