2.0978 또는 CW308G — 재질 번호, CuAl11Fe6Ni6 — 화학 조성의 재료는
유럽 규격의 알루미늄 청동으로, 높은 항복강도와 인장강도를 가지는 동합금입니다.

DIN 17665 규격으로는 CuAl11Ni6Fe5 화학 조성 재질도 동일한 재료로 구리에 알루미늄을
합금하면 항복강도보다는 인장강도가 크게 증가하며, 강도 증가 원소로 철고 합금된 재질입니다.

구리에 주석을 합금하면 전통적인 청동이라는 재질이지만, 주석 외에도 알루미늄을 합금하면
알루미늄 청동이 되며, 니켈, 망간, 베릴륨, 인 (P : phosphorus : 燐)을 합금해도 청동이 됩니다.

구리에 알루미늄을 10% 수준을 합금하면 알루미늄 청동의 인장강도를 최대로 올릴 수 있어
합금하며, 강도 외에도 인성, 경도, 내피로성, 내마모성과 같은 성질도 함께 높일 수 있습니다.

2.0978 재료의 Temper 740 — 인장강도 740 MPa minimum의 강도 수준을 용접 구조용
탄소강 JIS 규격인 SM570 — 인장강도 570 MPa min과 비교하면 높음을 알 수 있습니다.

※ 동합금에서의 철 (Iron : Fe) 원소
Iron can gives toughness.
Iron is precipitates by controlled heat treatment to strengthen the alloy.
It is beneficial for the iron content to be less than that of nickel.

철은 동합금에 인성과 열처리로 석출되어 강화 원소로 사용되며
철과 니켈이 같이 합금되면, 니켈 합금량보다는 적습니다.

※ 알루미늄청동 (Copper-Aluminum Alloys, Aluminum Bronze)
Alloy composed of 77.0~92.5 % of copper, 6.0~12.0 % of aluminum,
1.5 ~6.0 % of iron, not more than 7.0 % of nickel
and not more than 2.0 % of manganese.

That is excellent is strength, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance,
and used for vehicles machine, the parts of ship and the like.

알루미늄 청동은 구리 77.0~92.5%, 알루미늄 6.0~12.0%, 철 1.5~6.0%,
니켈을 최대 7%, 망간 2% 수준을 합금한 동합금으로, 이 재질은 우수한 강도,
내식성, 내마모성으로 주로 기계부품과 선박용으로 사용됩니다.
