알루미늄 합금 튜브B210 2024-T3 재질은 석출 경화 열처리로 강도가 높은 알루미늄
합금 튜브 일반용 또는 압력이 작용하는 환경에 사용하는 인발 Seamless 튜브입니다.

실 공급 B210 2024-T3 OD1″× ID0.902″ × 0.049″t SMLS Tube 경우
항복강도 306 MPa의 높은 강도와 22% 수준의 연신율을 가지는 연성 (ductility) 재료입니다.

경우에 따라 Triple Specification 조건이 요구되어 AMS 4088,
ASTM B210, AMS-WW-T-700/3 있을 수 있는 재료입니다.

※ Artificial ageing (precipitation heat treatment) : 인공시효 (석출 열처리)

과포화 고용체로부터 가용 성분의 석출에 의한 강화를 위하여
상온 이상에서 합금을 열처리하는 것을 말합니다.

※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.

금속에 인장력을 줘 소성변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line) 상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면수축률 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간 압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기(압출)로
제조되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로, 냉간
인발 한것을, 냉간 마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.
