A2014-O 알루미늄 합금은 내식성은 떨어지지만 강도가 높은것이 장점입니다.
강도는 높지만 내식성이 떨어지니, 강도는 낮지만 내식성이 높은 A6003
합금을 Clad한 재료가 A2014-O 재료입니다.
강도 장점인 2014에 내식성이 장점인 6003을 붙여서, 단점을 보완하고 장점을 살려
재료의 효용성을 높인 재료로, 항공기나 자동차 부품으로 사용하는 구조
(構造用 : structural) 용도로 쓰이는, 내식성의 저비중에 강도 재료입니다.
2000 series 재질은 구리를 석출 강화 원소로 활용한 Al-Cu 합금이고 석출 경화는
알루미눔뿐 아니라, 합금강, 스테인리스에서도 금속의 강도를 높이는 유효한 방법입니다.
※ 클래드강 (Clad Steels)
저탄소강, 저합금강을 모재로 하여, 그 한쪽 면 또는 양쪽 면에 모재와는
다른 종류의 강철 또는 기타의 금속을 합판재로 하여, 열간압연, 용접,
폭착(爆着) 등으로서 “클래드”시킨 강재를 말합니다.
합판 강재라고 하며, 모재의 한쪽면에 합판재를 클래드 시킨것을 일면클래드강,
양면에 합판재를 클래드 시킨것을 양면클래드강 이라고 합니다.
Mainly steel plate and strip which are manufactured by cladding steels
or alloys with abrasion resistance or chemical corrosion resistance with
base metal such as low carbon steel and low alloy steel.
Usually manufactured by rolling or by explosion process.
Sometimes other process such as welding process may be applied.
Those clad with clad metal on one side of base metal is called one-side
clad steels, and those clad with clad metal on both sides of base metal
is called both-sides clad steels.
※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminum, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment
알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 (강도 향상) 성질을 지니게 한 강을 말합니다.
