ABS DH36 강판, 배를 만들 때 사용하는 탄소강 강판

ABS DH36 재질은 미국 선급 협회 (American Bureau of Shipping) 규정한
탄소강 선체 구조용 강재에 대한 규격으로 고장력 강재입니다.
항복강도 355 MPa minimum으로, KS SM355 수준, 유럽 강재 규격인
S355 급 수준의 강도이지만, 이들과 확연히 구분되는 사항은
CVN Impact Test 영하 20℃에서 충격 시험 값이 50 joule minimum으로
유럽 규격 S355J2 강재의 영하 20℃에서 충격 시험 값이 27 joule min. 차이가 있고
화학 조성에서도 SM355, 유럽의 S355급, ASTM A572-50과 차이가 있습니다.
선체 구조용이므로 EN 10204 Type 3.1이 아닌 Type 3.2 인증 필수 강재입니다.
※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.
샤르피 충격시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려놓고, 또한 노치부 (V자형 흠을 낸 부위)를 지지대 사이의 중앙에
놓고 노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단시키고
흡수에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험을 말합니다.
※ High Tensile Strength Steel (고장력강 : 高張力鋼 : 하이텐강 : HT50)
Steel products manufactured for building, bridges, ships, vehicles,
automobiles, other structural use and pressure vessel use which
require weldability, notch toughness, workability, and
tensile strength of 490 N/㎟ min. in general.
In cold rolled steel sheets, those of 340 N/㎟ min. in tensile
strength are called high tensile strength steels.
건축, 교량, 선박, 차량, 기타의 구조물 및 압력용기용으로서,
보통 인장강도 50kgf/㎟ (490N/㎟) 이상의 용접성, 노치 인성 및
가공성도 중시해서 제조된 강재라고 합니다.
자동차용 냉연강판에서는 인장강도 35kgf/㎟(340 N/㎟)
이상을 고장력강이라고 합니다.
탄소강 열간 압연 강재 인장강도 490 MPa 수준은 유럽의 S355급 강재와 비교됩니다.
