Inconel® Alloy 693 재질은 고온과 금속 분진 (metal dusting)에 저항성 금속으로
니켈 약 61%, 크롬 29%, 알루미늄 3% 수준 합금인 Nickel Base 재료입니다.

환봉과 로드 제품은 ASTM B166
Plate, Sheet, Strip 제품은 ASTM B906 규정의 UNS N06693과 대응됩니다.

Inconel® Alloy 693 금속은 Special Metals Corporation 등록 상표의 초합금입니다.
고온에서의 변형 저항성과 표면 안정성이 중요시한 재질로, 내산화성, 황화 저항성,

높은 크리프 강도 재료로 합성 가스를 생산하는 화학산업과 열처리 시설 등에 사용되며
Annealed 조건의 Hot or Cold Finished 상태로 공급이 이루어집니다.

※ Creep resistance (내 (耐) 크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이 시간이 경과함에 따라
증가하는 현상을 고온크립이라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Super Alloy (초합금 : 超合金)
Alloy of which content rate or iron is about 50% max,
by addition of a great amount of alloy elements, in order to
improve the corrosion resistance or thermal resistance of steel

강의 내식성 또는 내열성을 개선시키기 위하여, 합금원소를
다량으로 첨가하여, 철분이 약 50% 이하로 되어 있는 합금을 말합니다.
