1.8550 +QT +SR 재질은 표면을 경화해 경도를 높여 사용하는 표면 경화강입니다.
Quenching Tempering 열처리로 강도를 높일 수 있고, 담금질 열처리 후 항복강도

650MPa minimum의 고강도이면서, Annealed 조건에서는 HB 248 maximum이지만
질화 (nitriding) 처리로 표면의 경도를 HV 950 수준의 높은 고경도 재료로,

높은 내마모성을 가지게 되어, 높은 응력과 내마모성이 필요한 자동화 산업, 피스톤,
일반 엔지니어링 용도로 쓰이며 “+SR”표시는 Stress Relieving 풀림 처리에 약자입니다.

+QT +SR 항복강도 규정 650 MPa minimum이지만, Mill Certificate 846 MPa의 고강도
재료가 되기도 하며, Room Temp. 90 Joule 수준의 CVN Impact Energy 경우도 있습니다.

화학조성, 기계적 성질, 열처리 조건은 EN 10085 : 2001 규정의 질화강 중 이전
규정의 하나이고, 현행은 DIN-EN ISO 683-5 : 2017, 질화강 규정의 강재입니다.

열처리 조건으로 Soft Annealing : 650~700℃ Furnace Cooling : HB 248 max.
Hardening : 870~930℃ Oil or Water Cooling

Tempering : 480~570℃,
Nitriding : 480~580℃ 영역에서 처리합니다.

※ Stress Relieving(old name : stress relief annealing : 응력제거 어닐링(풀림)
Every piece of steel has an amount of internal stress caused
by steel production, machining, surface finish, heat treatment
and other processes.
During a heat treatment process the yield strength is reduced
to a lower level. If precision parts or complicated tools with
close tolerances, this deformation could cause problems.
In the case after rough machining and stress relieving is done
with a high degree of machining allowance.
After this process the internal stress is reduced by the parts deforming.
The standard process is slow heating up to 550~650℃, holding for
minimum 2 hours and finishing with a slow cooling in the furnace.

모든 철강재는 생산, 가공, 표면 마무리, 열처리와 기타 공정 진행에서
내부 응력이 어느 정도 쌓일 수밖에 없고, 이런 내부 응력을 해소시키려고
적당한 온도로 가열하고 균열화한 후, 적절한 온도로 냉각함으로써
실질적인 조직의 변화 없이 내부 응력을 줄이고자 시행하는 열처리를 말합니다.
표준적인 공정은 550~650℃까지 천천히 가열한 후 최소 2시간 동안 로(爐)에서
천천히 냉각하며 마무리합니다.
