선체 구조용 강판에 대한 ASTM 규정입니다.

Plate, Shape, Bar에서 나타나는 규격이며
일반 강종으로는 — ordinary strength

A, B, D, E Grade가 있으며 High Strength로
AH, DH, EH, FH Grade가 있습니다.

D32 A131 은
High Strength Steel Group에 속합니다.

강종에 따라 Charpy V-notch
Impact Test Temperature 가, 달라집니다.

DH32 A131 과 A131은 강종에 따라 탈산 (Deoxidation)의 요구 Grade별 구분은
A, B Grade는 Killed or Semi-killed강.

D,E Grade는 Killed, Fine Grain Practice 조건이 요구됩니다.
다른 선급용 강판과 마찬가지로 거의 주문 생산 공급 강재입니다.

rivets, intended primarily for use in ship construction.
Charpy V-Notch Impact Requirements for Ordinary-Strength and
Higher-Strength Structural steel for Shipbuilding.

Ordinary Strength : Grade A, B, D and E
Higher Strength    : Grade AH, DH, EH, FH

DH32 A131  ASTM Steel Grade는 -20℃에서,
CVN 46 Joule가, 요구되는 저온 강재입니다

※ Semi-killed steel (세미킬드강)
A classification of steel by ingot casting process and steel of which is
deoxidized intermediately between the rimmed steel and killed steel
by adding a suitable quantity of ferromanganese, ferrosilicon,
aluminum and so on as deoxidizers
Steel in which the shrinkage cavity due to solidification is decreased
by generating a little amount of bubble during the progress of solidification
탈산제로서 페로망간, 페로실리콘, 알루미늄 등을 적당량 첨가해
림드강과 킬드강의 중간 정도로 탈산 시킨 강을 말합니다.
응고 진행에 따라서 약간의 기포를 발생 시키며, 응고에 따른
수축공을 적게 한 강을 말합니다.

※ Killed Steel (킬드강, 탈산강)
Steel sufficiently deoxidized with ferrosilicon, aluminium, and so on.
In the case of ingot casting, during the progress of solidification in a ingot mold,
it is gently solidified without generation of carbon monoxide,
being comparatively uniform, with little segregation and has no blow hole.
however, because of a shrinkage cavity is formed in the centre of upper part,
its yield is low, In the case of continuous casting, it is killed steel and,
comparing with an ingot casting, uniformity and yield better.
killed steel is further classified according to grain size or deoxidizer.

페로실리콘이나, 알루미늄 등으로 충분히 탈산한 강철로,
용탕이 응고 진행 중에 일산화탄소를 발생 시키지 않고,
조용히 응고해, 비교적 균질하고, 편석이 적고, 기포도 없지만
응고된 강괴 윗부분 중심으로부터, 수축공이 생겨, 회수율이
좋지 못한 단점이 있고, 결정 입도, 탈산제에 따라 세부적으로 더 분류됩니다.
