SUP11A 는 JIS G 4801,
SPS 11A 는 KS D3701 스프링강입니다.

SUP11A 는, 탄소 스프링 계열인 SUP6, SUP7 대비
Silicon 량을 줄이고, Chromium 과 Boron 을 합금 했습니다.

Chromium 과 Boron은 소입성을
크게 증가 시키므로, 이 효과를 기대한 강종입니다.

SUP11A 는, 주로 대형 겹판 스프링, 코일 스프링,
비틀림 막대 스프링으로 사용합니다.

SUP11A use for mainly used for large laminated spring,
coiled spring and torsion bar spring.

SUP11A 강재는 killed steel 로 제조 되며
주로 열간 성형 스프링에 사용하는 스프링 강재 입니다.

SUP11A 를 포함해 평강 (Flat)로 공급되는 경우
원칙적으로, Hardness HB302 이하 규정입니다.

※ Steel flats (평강 : 平鋼)
Plate type steel bars rolled in bar shape with rectangular cross-section,
rolled surfaces of all four surfaces of the cross section. The thickness of
generally 5 mm or over and the width of not more than 500 mm.
For spring steels, the opposite shorter edge flat bars is circular (circular
arc R is about 0.5t) is called round edge of flat bars.
Hot rolled flat bar is especially called hot rolled flat bar and cold rolled
one as cold rolled flat bar.
ISO 6929 specified that the width shall not be over 1500 mm.

장방형 (부분적으로는 요철이 있는 것도 포함)의 단면에
4면이 모두 압연 된 강재.
보통 폭이 두께의 2배 이상으로, 폭의 최대는 두께에 따라 다르나
500 mm 정도입니다.

※ Spring steel (스프링강)
Steels which are of silicon-manganese series, manganese-chromium
series, chromium-vanadium series, etc. and of which property of spring
given by heating, after forming into laminated spring, coil spring, etc.
by heat-treatment principally.
As spring steels in a broad sense, the steels of which performance is
raised by cold working and heat treatment such as piano wires hard
drawn steel wires, stainless steel wires, oil tempered wires and cold
rolled steel strip, and which are formed into small springs, such as
wire springs and flat spring are also included.

탄소계, 실리콘-망간계, 망간-크롬계, 크롬-바나듐계 등의 강철로 주로 열간에서
겹친 판 스프링, 코일 스프링 등으로 성형 가공하고, 열처리를 해서 스프링 성능을
부여하는 강철로, 넓은 뜻의 스프링강으로서는 피아노선, 경강선, 스테인레스강선
오일템퍼선, 냉간 압연 강대 등과 같이, 냉간가공 및 열처리로서, 스프링 성능을
높인, 선 스프링, 박판 스프링등 소형 스프링으로 가공한 강철도 포함한다.
