AMS 5604 재질은 스테인레스이면서
석출 경화에 의해 강도, 경도를 높인 강재 입니다.

AMS 5604 는 Plate 제품에 대한 규정으로
17-4PH (Precipitation Hardening), 약칭 부릅니다.

AMS 5604 H1150 열처리 조건의 강재는
1150℉ (621℃)±8℃, 4h, air cool, 석출 경화 열처리 자재를 말합니다.

AMS 5604, UNS S17400, ASTM A693 규격과
서로 비교 가능한 강재이고, 특징으로는 내식성과 함께

315℃ 수준까지의 높은 강도와 경도
High tensile strength and hardness to 315℃

480℃ 수준까지의 크립 강도
Creep-rupture strength to 480℃

590℃ 수준까지의 우수한 내산화성 입니다.
Excellent oxidation resistance to about 590℃

일정 온도하에서 일정 시간에 크리프 파단 할 때의 응력

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.
일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
