DIN 536/1991 Specification 을 따르며
Rail Head의 폭 크기에 따라, 나뉘고

인장 강도 (Tensile Strength)에 따라
Type of steel, 3종류가 있습니다.

Type 700 or 70 Grade, Type 900 or 90 Grade는
DIN 536/1991 Spec을 따르지만

Type 1100 은 DIN 536/1991 Spec의
Chemical composition과 상관없습니다.

※ Tensile Strength — JIS/KS ASIA
Value of maximum load during tensile test divided by the
original sectional area of parallel portion.
As for materials in which the maximum load withstood by test piece
after yielding is lower than the upper yield point, it shall be the
value of the maximum load after yielding divided by original
sectional area of parallel portion.

※ Tensile Strength — DIN EN
Measures the engineering stress applied at the point when it fails.
The maximum amount tensile stress ia called “Tensile strength”
It is determined by the tensile test.
Years ago a lot of construction steels were named according to
their tensile strength.
For example St37 (tensile strength is 370 N/㎟) or St52 (tensile
strength 520 N/㎟).
Nowadays they changed their designation and method has been
changed and yield strength is used.
For example S355JR (yield strength is 355 N/㎟) or S420 (yield
strength 420 N/㎟).
