1.4310, EN 10151 규격은 오스테나이트계 스프링강입니다.
EN 10151 은 두께 3 mm, 폭 600 mm 이하의

폭이 좁은 Strip으로 된, 냉간 압연 스프링 강재에 대한 규정입니다.
1.4310, X10CrNi18-8 강재는 보통 0.025 mm~3.00 mm 두께를

사용하며, 주로 폭은 300 mm 까지 입니다.
사용 환경에 따라 차이가 있지만

120℃ ~ 250℃  수준의 온도까지 사용 가능합니다.
1.4310 은, 좋은 내피로성 — good fatigue resistant 성질로

electric switch components, connector components,
knives으로 사용하며, S30100, AISI 301 재질에 대응됩니다.

내식성에서는 같은 오스테나이트게인 1.4301 (Type 304)
1.4404 (Type 316L) 보다는 떨어집니다.

1.4310, X10CrNi18-8 spring steel 은
1.4301, X5CrNi18-10 과 함께 많이 사용되는 스프링강 재료입니다.

※ Full- Hard (경질 : 硬質)
One of the classification of thermal refining of cold rolled steel sheet
and strip which, after annealing, is obtained by cold rolling (may be
called refining rolling) to adjust the hardness.
Or the hardness may be obtained by chemical composition
control instead of refining rolling.
There are one eight hard, quarter hard, half hard and full hard
according to the classification of hardness, tensile strength, etc.

냉간 압연 강판 및 강대의 조질 구분의 하나로, 어닐링 후 가공성을 목적으로
경질 조정을 목적으로 한, 냉간 압연으로 얻게 되는 성질로, 경도, 인장강도,
등의 구분에 따라 1/8경질, 1/4 경질, 1/2 경질, 경질로 구분합니다.

※ Fatigue
A damage of material due to periodically fluctuating stresses.
These stresses may have a maximum value, which is less then
the tensile strength of the material.
Fatigue often causes cracks starting with a notch at a sharp
corner of the surface or inner structure as a result of
defaults like inclusions or microcracks.
