C67300 은 고력 (high strength) 황동으로
Lead (Pb)를 합금해 쾌삭 (free cutting)성이면서

Manganese (Mn) 합금으로, 동합금에 Mn 10% 수준까지 합금은
강도와 전연성 (展延性 : Ductility)을 증가시키는 역할을 합니다.

C67300 은, Silicon을 그리 높지 않게 합금 했고
이 효과는 강도, 내식성, 내열성을 향상 시킵니다.

C67300 Mn, Si 합금 원소를 높지 않게 합금 하면서
60ksi (415MPa) 이상, 인장강도를 가지면서

높은 하중에서 내마모성 (wear resistance)을 가집니다.
눌려 찌그러지는 (squashing) 현상에 저항성 금속입니다.

Bearing, Sleeve bearing, Thrust bearing, Bushing,
Gear and cams, Cylinder liners 용도로 사용됩니다.

C67300 은, 약한 수준의 냉간 가공성이 있으며
열간 가공에 대해서는 우수한 성질 금속입니다.

Bar, Rod, Forgings Wrought product (전신재) 제품으로
SAE J461, SAE J463 규격과 대응됩니다.

※ Wrought product (전신재 : 展伸材)
A product that has been subjected to mechanical working
by such processes as rolling, extruding, forging, etc.

단독 또는 복합적인 압출, 단조, 열간 압연, 냉간 압연 또는 인발과 같은
냉간 소성 변형에 의해 얻어지는 제품에 대한 일반적인 용어로
전신재의 예로는 봉 (Rod), 바 (Bar), 선 (Wire), 관 (Tube), 형재 (Profile),
판 (Sheet), 조 (Strip), 단조물 (Forging)이 있습니다.

금속의 전연성 (展延性 : Ductility)을 이용한 금속 가공품을 말합니다.
이와는 반대로 비가공 제품 (unwrought products (refinery shapes)는
정련이나 주조, 용해 공정에서 얻어지는 가공되지 않은 제품을 말합니다.
