AW1350A 는, 다른 DIN-EN Aluminum 과는 차별 됩니다.
AW1350A, AW1050A 두가지 Grade는, Pure Aluminum 99.5% 입니다.

하지만 AW1350A 는, AW1050과는 다르게
이전 DIN 규격의 EAl 99.5 라고도 Symbol 표기합니다.

그 이유는 알루미늄 합금으로는 AW1350A 재질이,
다른 알루미늄 재질보다 높은 61.8% IACS (전도율 :傳導率 의 단위)의,

Electrical conductor 용도 때문입니다.
AW1350A 는 알루미늄으로는 높은 IACS 특성으로

electrical condutor, bus conductors, transformer strip 용도입니다.
AW1350A Temper 중 H18, H24, O, 종류가 있으며

Temper O : 아주 낮은 수준의 기계적 강도가 나타나는, 응력을 (stress)
제거한 (annealed : 풀림 열처리) 상태를 의미하며

Temper H18 은 AW1350A 재질 Temper 중, 가장 높은 항복강도로
Hard (4/4Hard) 냉간 압연 경질 상태의 Temper를 의미합니다.

individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.

금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Annealing (풀림)
Thermal treatment to soften metal by removal of strain hardening resulting from cold
working, by recrystallization and/or by coalescing precipitates from the solid solution.

재결정 및/또는 고용체의 석출에 의하여 냉간 가공 결과로 나타나는 가공 경화를
제거하여 금속을 연화 시키는 열처리를 말합니다.

※ Cold working (냉간 가공)
Plastic deformation of a metal or alloy at a temperature
such that strain hardening occurs.

가공 경화가 발생하는 온도에서의 금속 또는 합금의 소성 변형을 말합니다.

※Stress (응력, 應力)
Tensile or compressive load per unit area.
Generally stress is expressed in N/㎟ or in MPa.
There are different kinds of stress, internal stress,
transformation stress, machining stress, thermal stress, etc..
