Docol®800 DP 강재는 냉간 압연 (cold reduced) Coil 규격으로
항복강도가 500 ~ 650 MPa에 이르는 고항복점 강재입니다.

Docol®800 DP 항복강도 500 ~ 650 MPa 수준은
SM490A — 325 MPa, SM490YA — 365 MPa, ASTM A36 — 250 MPa 와

항복강도를 비교하면, Docol 800 DP 강재의 높은 강도를 알 수 있습니다.
이와 같은 높은 강도이면서 용접성과 성형성 강재입니다.

두께 0.5 mm ~ 2.10 mm 수준으로 냉간압연과
연속 소둔 (continuous annealing) 열처리 생산됩니다.

이와 같은 높은 강도는 Dual Phase (DP Steel)로 가능하며
ferrite + martensite 복합상의 형성으로 가능합니다.

800 DP 강재는 탄소강이면서 Dual phase 로
일반적인 탄소강재의 두 배, 이상의 강도입니다.

스테인레스에서도 이상(Dual Phase : Duplex) 강재인 경우
일반 스텐레스 보다 두 배 수준의 강도를 가집니다.

이와 같은 Dual Phase (이상 : 二相) 강재인 경우 탄소강,
스텐레스강 모두 강도가 높습니다.

또한 800 DP 에는, 강재의 조직을 촘촘히 해주는
Niobium을 미량 합금한 강재입니다

Docol 800 강재는 차량 제조에 사용되는 cars-door beams,
seat-tracks, bumper reinforcements, furniture 용도로 사용됩니다.

파괴, 국부화 된 얇아짐 또는 주름이 발생되지 않고
재료를 필요한 형태로 만들 수 있는 성능을 말합니다.

※ Annealing (풀림 열처리)
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.

금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.
