Carbon 0.30% — Nominal 수준에

Cr 13% — Nominal수준의 함량으로, 탄소에 크롬을 합금한
전형적인 마르텐자이트계 스테인레스 강재입니다.

JIS SUS420J2와 비슷하지만,
AISI 420, W.Nr. 1.4028, X30Cr13

Standard별, 규격을 엄격하게 비교하면
화학 원소와 강도에서 차이가 있습니다.

열처리는 Annealing, Tempering,
Quenching ,Stress relieving 이 가능합니다.

※ Stainless steel
Alloy steels containing chromium 10.5% or more, carbon 1.2%
or less to improve the corrosion resistance.
They are classified into 5 types, which are
martensitic, ferritic, austenitic, austenitic-ferritic and precipitation hardening.
principally according to their structure at ordinary temperature.

스텐인레스강이란 내식성을 향상 시킬 목적으로 Cr 또는 Cr + Ni 을
합금 시킨 합금강으로, 일반적으로는 Cr 함유량이 약 11% 이상 합금 된
강을 스테인레스강이라고 하고, 그 조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계
페라이트계, 오스테나이트계, 오스테나이트 + 페라이트계인 이상계
석출경화계 로 5가지로 나뉩니다.

※ Martensitic Stainless Steels
Stainless steels which can be hardened by increasing carbon contents
of ferritic stainless steel and heat treatment to martensitic structure
SUS410 is representative.

※ Stress Relief
Heating to a suitable temperature, holding long enough
to reduce residual stresses and than cooling slowly
enough to minimized the development of new residual stresses.
A heat treatment in which the lock-up stresses in a bar caused
by cold working are removed by heating the bar closed to but
below the lower limit of the critical temperature range,
or to approximately 100℉ below the tempering temperature.
